Ajax will hold a virtual statutory public meeting September 21 at 1 p.m. on zoning application Z17/26 for the southeast corner of Rossland Road West and Harkins Drive.
The revised proposal is for three three-storey stacked-townhouse blocks, approximately 66 homes and at-grade parking. Earlier approvals in 2024 permitted about 81 homes in three- to four-storey blocks. This is a proposal and participation notice, not approval of the revised plan.
