The City of Oshawa is asking eligible voters to confirm their mailing address before internet voting opens for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections.
Oshawa says the address on the Voters List will be used to mail each registered voter a Voter Information Letter. The letter will include instructions for accessing an internet ballot and the voter’s personal identification number.
Voting dates and preparation
Internet voting opens Tuesday, October 13 at 10 a.m. and closes on Voting Day, Monday, October 26 at 8 p.m. Voters can use the City’s Voters List service to confirm their address, find their ward and review candidate names.
The City’s election information also says paper-ballot voting will remain available on Voting Day for voters who prefer that method.
