Brock Township has published the voting schedule and three ballot options for the 2026 municipal election. Eligible voters will be able to cast a ballot online, by telephone or with help at a Voter Assistance Centre during a 10-day voting period.
Online and telephone voting
Internet and telephone voting will run from October 17 through October 26. Both options require the unique PIN provided in a voter information letter. The Township describes internet voting as available from a connected device, while telephone voting offers an alternative for electors who prefer to vote by phone.
Assisted in-person voting
Voter Assistance Centres will provide in-person help and ballot-on-demand paper ballots. The Municipal Administration Building in Cannington will operate assistance hours on October 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26. Additional centres at the Sunderland Fire Station and Foster Hewitt Memorial Community Centre in Beaverton will operate on October 22, 24 and 26.
Hours vary. On election day, October 26, all three centres are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Electors should consult the official notice before travelling because arrangements can be updated.
